French National Anthem Sung at Vigil Held in New York Following Paris Attacks

A vigil was held in New York City following deadly attacks in Paris that left more than 100 people dead on November 14. France declared a state of emergency and closed its borders in response to the attacks on a concert hall, restaurant, bar and the Stade de France stadium. The Islamic State released a statement on November 14, claiming responsibility for the attacks.
