Heavy rain brought flooding to Fresno, California, on Thursday, May 14. A thunderstorm rolled into the city and prompted the National Weather Service to issue an urban and small stream flood advisory. The agency said Fresno received 1-2.5 inches of rain between 5 and 8 p.m. local time.
