Heavy Rain Threatens Home Run Derby in Cincinnati

A storm that pushed through the Cincinnati area brought heavy rain on July 13. Storms and heavy rain were expected through at least 8 pm local time. A strong storm prompted tornado warnings and knocked out power to 60,000 people.
