Hobbit Star Freeman Backs Labour in New Campaign Ad

Hobbit star Martin Freeman is the latest celebrity to endorse a party in this year’s election. In a video released on the first official day of campaigning, the English actor contrasts the choice between Labour and the Conservatives. With an eye to voters north of the border, he points out that Labour started in Scotland, and that is values of “community, compassion, fairness still hold true”.
