Hundreds Gather for Clementa Pinckney's Funeral in Charleston

Hundreds gathered to pay tribute to Clementa Pinckney at his funeral in Charleston, South Carolina, on June 26. Pinckney was one of nine people killed by a gunman at Charleston’s Emanuel AME Church on June 17. He was a pastor at the church and also a state senator.

US President Barack Obama was expected to eulogize the state senator during the funeral on the campus of the College of Charleston. U.S. Rep. Mark Sanford, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton were among the other dignitaries in attendance.
