Hundreds March Peacefully in Baltimore

Hundreds of people marched through the streets of Baltimore on Wednesday, April 29, determined to present a peaceful contrast to the protests in recent days that have turned violent. Marchers carried signs and chanted “We will fight for Freddie Gray,” the black man who died in police custody after suffering severe spinal injuries.

An investigation is under way, and Baltimore police said the results would be given by the state’s attorney on Friday.
