Hundreds of Migrants Continue to Arrive in Greek Island

A British expat, who has been living in Lesbos, Greece, for years, is documenting the migrant crisis there on his YouTube channel. Pressure is mounting on the Greek island, which has become a gateway to the EU for migrants. This video shows Eric Kempson escorting new arrivals from the shore in Lepetimos, Lesbos.

As many as 600 refugees, mainly from Syria, Afghanistan and Iraq, arrive every day in the Greek islands, and half of those migrants are coming ashore in Lesbos, according to the UNHCR. Credit: Eric Kempson
