Jeremy Corbyn heckled over Scottish independence

Jeremy Corbyn has been heckled over Scottish independence as he gave a speech at Queens Hotel, Dundee.

The Labour leader asked the man to wait until the end of his speech on climate change to have his views heard.

The heckler refused and called on Mr Corbyn to explain his views on Section 30, referring to a part of the Scotland Act 1998 which refers to how Scotland would become independent from the UK.
