Kerry and Lavrov Discuss Ukraine Conflict in Geneva

US Secretary of State John Kerry arrived in Geneva late on Sunday, March 1, ahead of talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov over the ongoing conflict in eastern Ukraine. Their meeting coincided with the release of a report by the UN on March 2 concerning human rights violations in the Ukraine conflict.
