Leicestershire Welcomes King Richard III's Remains

The United Kingdom will rebury a 15th century king on Thursday, March 26. The ancient remains of long-lost King Richard III, who was slain in the 1485 Battle of Bosworth Field, were found in September 2012, under a parking lot in Leicester, England. Richard III’s grave, which was discovered in the remains of Greyfriars friary, had been lost during the religious reforms of Henry VIII.
