Malaysia Government 'Deeply Concerned' About Crash Site

Malaysian Transport Minister Liow Tiong Lai held a press conference on July 19, on the loss of Flight MH17, his second since the disaster. He expressed his deep concern that the site of the crash of MH17 in Ukraine remained unsecured. Liow said his government believed that vital evidence had been tampered with at the site.

The Boeing 777 disappeared from radar on July 17 over Ukrainian airspace, en route to Kuala Lumpur from Amsterdam. It was believed to have been downed by a ground missile. All passengers and crew – 298 people – were killed, including three infants. Credit: www.astroawani.com
