Marcia's High Winds Damage Queensland Coast

Tropical Cyclone Marcia was downgraded on February 21, though it wasn’t before the storm’s winds and rain had pounded Queensland. The storm caused power outages and triggered flooding, according to ABC Australia. Some small communities were evacuated as officials assessed the damage.
