Multiple Bomb Blasts Kills Dozens in Baghdad

Multiple bombing attacks across Baghdad reportedly left dozens of people dead on April 13. In the day’s deadliest attack, at least 20 people were reportedly killed after a car bomb exploded outside the city’s Abu Ihab restaurant, situated in Baghdad’s southwestern Shiite district of Amil.

It was not immediately clear who was responsible for the blast, however, attacks carried out in Baghdad’s prominently Shiite neighborhoods have grown frequent in recent months. Credit: Facebook/Ameer al-Shamery
