NATO Unveils Plan to Counter Russian Aggression

NATO’s secretary general has called on member states to agree on a plan to combat Russian aggression in Ukraine and to increase the organization’s presence in the East “for as long as required.” At a press conference in Brussels, Anders Fogh Rasmussen unveiled NATO’s Readiness Action Plan, which is intended to ensure that member states can be defended against any attack.
