Netanyahu: Iran Continuing Its Murderous Terrorism

Speaking at the weekly meeting of the Israeli cabinet on Sunday, February 22, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that following a report by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), which said that Iran was continuing to hide elements of its nuclear program, it was “astonishing” that the Iran nuclear talks were continuing.

Netanyahu’s comments came as US Secretary of State John Kerry was in Geneva on Sunday for talks with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif.

“The fact that Iran is continuing its murderous terrorism that knows no borders and which embraces the region and the world has not prevented the international community from continuing to talk with Iran about a nuclear agreement that will allow it to build the industrial capacity to develop nuclear weapons”, said the prime minister.

“The emerging agreement between Iran and the world powers is a danger to Israel, and therefore I will go next week to the US to explain in the US Congress, which might by a body that can influence the fate of the agreement, why this agreement is dangerous to Israel, the region and the entire world,” he said.
