Painted Dog Pups Make Playful Zoo Debut

The Cincinnati Zoo unleashed 10 African painted dog pups on Friday, April 10 to take their first public frolic on the grounds of their exhibit, where they quickly began scratching out holes and jumping over a stream. The pups were born in January and given names from Batman’s comic universe. Alfred, Riddler and Bruce are among the males; Selina and Ivy among the females.
