Parisian Mourners Sing 'Get Up Stand Up'

Mourners gathered in Paris’ Place de la République on Sunday, November 15, as France held a second day of mourning in the wake of coordinated terrorist attacks across the city, which were later claimed by the Islamic State. The death toll rose to 129, with at least 352 others wounded—99 critically.

Reuters reported that seven gunman wearing suicide vests died in multiple assaults on Friday. French authorities had identified one of the attackers as Ismael Omar Mostefai. Two of the gunmen were French nationals who had been living in Brussels, Belgian prosecutors said.
