Pig Mingles With New Hampshire Primary Voters

Police corralled a 600-pound pig that wandered to a polling place in Pelham, New Hampshire, during primary voting on Tuesday, February 9.

Police said they first received a report about the pig around 9 am and then located it near the high school where primary voting took place. Officers determined the pig was from a local farm, and the owner came to the high school to retrieve the pig.

Original reports from the scene said the pig was 300 pounds, but police said it was 600 pounds.

Video shows police trailing the pig through the snow as it approached the school. A second video shows the pig lingering outside the polling place, mixing with voters.

No word on who the pig planned to back in the primary, despite the photographer’s belief it backed Donald Trump. Credit: Twitter/matthewr1960
