Police Clash With Protesters in Caracas

Student protesters rallying against President Nicolas Maduro clashed with police in Chacao, Caracas, Venezuela, on Thursday, February 12, the one year anniversary of demonstrations that resulted in 43 deaths. At least ten people were arrested and a major road closed as police clashed with protesters, using tear gas and rubber bullets in an effort to disperse protesters, according to reports.
