Police Officer Deliberately Hit By Woman In Stolen Vehicle

A police officer's lucky escape as a speeding driver rammed into his patrol car has been caught on camera. The woman behind the wheel of the stolen vehicle in Oklahoma had refused to pull over and a six-mile chase ended not far from a primary school. Bodycam footage shows Matt Stacy emerge from his vehicle in the town of Sand Springs to set up a tire spike to stop the car. About three seconds later the accelerating vehicle - taken from a Cadillac showroom in Tulsa - rammed his car as he stood beside it. Officer Stacy drew his weapon and fired two rounds at the vehicle as it hurtled towards him. He only suffered minor abrasions.
