Russian President Vladimir Putin says he hopes meeting with his US counterpart Joe Biden in Geneva "will be productive", at the beginning of the talks between the two heads of state. They are set to meet for up to five hours, with cyber-attacks, election meddling and rights abuses among the many contentious issues on the agenda.
