Rainfall Breaks Record, Triggers Flooding in Shreveport, Louisiana

Heavy rain triggered flash flooding across Shreveport, Louisiana on May 18. This footage shows some of the flooding in one neighborhood. The National Weather Service reported 4.18 inches of rain fell in the community, which broke a daily rainfall record of 3.42 inches set in 1942.
