Raul Castro's First State Visit to Mexico

Cuban President Raul Castro arrived at Merida, Mexico, on Friday, November 6, for his first state visit to the country. Castro and his Mexican counterpart Enrique Peña Nieto oversaw the signing of several agreements to boost economic and diplomatic ties between the two countries.
