Residents Flee Homes as California Wildfire Approaches

The Tassajara fire burning in California’s Carmel Valley killed one person and destroyed 10 structures on Sunday, September 20, just 24 hours after the wildfire started. The 1,200-acre fire was only 10 percent contained as of Sunday and mandatory evacuations were in place. This video taken by Jonathan Kieran as he evacuated his home.
