Ashikin’s neighbor is a hoarder who believes that one’s man junk is another man’s treasure. For those living in this apartment block, that inevitably means that insects will gather. On April 27, when officers from Singapore’s state environment agency visited the neighbor’s home for a routine check, they were stunned at what they saw.
