Snowfall Creates Beautiful Scene Outside Philadelphia Art Museum

A snowstorm in Philadelphia in early March caused schools to be closed and bus routes to be discontinued. Despite the effect on daily life, some bright spots came about as a result of the severe weather. Seeing the Philadelphia Art Museum and Benjamin Franklin Parkway against a snowy backdrop created a perfect recording opportunity for videographer Rocco Avallone. The scene was so beautiful that you could imagine seeing it on a postage stamp. Credit: YouTube/Rocco Avallone
