Structural Reform Key for Asia Growth, IMF's Rhee Says

May 7 -- Changyong Rhee, director of the Asia and Pacific department at the International Monetary Fund, talks about the region's economies, currencies and Federal Reserve policy.Higher U.S. interest rates and a strengthening dollar will likely lead to tightening of domestic financial conditions in the region, the IMF says in a report released Thursday.
