Tatar Activists Refused Access to Meeting Hall in Tatarstan

Tatar activists were denied access to a meeting hall in Kazan in the Russian Republic of Tatarstan on April 14. The Tatar National Public Centre, a nongovernmental organization, planned to hold its 25th anniversary congress. The group was denied access to three other locations in previous days.
