Torrential Rains Swamp Kansas City, Missouri

Torrential rains lashed Kansas City on Wednesday with the National Weather Service saying that 1 to 2 inches of rainfall had been dumped on the midwest city, prompting a flash flood warning. This video shows standing water in a resident’s back yard as rains pelts the James A Reed Road area in Kansas City.
