Typhoon Dujuan Batters Taiwan's East Coast

Typhoon Dujuan brought powerful winds and heavy rain to central and eastern Taiwan on Monday, September 28. Around 195,000 households experienced power outages. At least 11 airlines cancelled or delayed flights to and from Taiwan. The typhoon made landfall in the northeastern county of Yilan.
