UNICEF Innovation Launches 'Wearables' Design Challenge

UNICEF announced its Wearables for Good project on May 19, with the objective to “encourage the tech sector to innovate for impact”, whilst remaining competitive in emerging markets. The open call, described as a ‘design challenge’, is a joint initiative between UNICEF, semiconductor and software design company, ARM, and frog design.
