US Coast Guard Tugs Break Ice in Maryland

The crews of US Coast Guard cutters Capstan, Cleat and Chock joined efforts to break ice in the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal, and the Upper Chesapeake region of Maryland, on Friday, February 20, to ensure navigable waterways.
