Video Shows SFPD Police Officer Striking, Pepper Spraying Homeless Man

A video released by the San Francisco public defenders shows a homeless man being struck by a San Francisco police officer before being pepper sprayed. Bernard Warren, 36, was arrested for threatening an officer. His trial has been scheduled for March 6, and he faces up to a year in jail if convicted.
