Volcán De Colima Experiences Noctural Eruption

An overnight eruption at Volcán de Colima sent ash billowing into the sky and brought light to the nearby webcam that recorded the event. The webcam operator tweeted that the eruption, which took place at 1:52am local time, was “spectacular.” Volcán de Colima is the site of frequent eruptions which have occasionally prompted warnings from Mexico’s state department of civil protection.
