Wildfire Moving Closer to Northern Saskatchewan Community

Northern Saskatchewan wildfires have forced 13,000 people from their homes, but some have been able to return as the fires have stabilized. This video, posted on July 12, shows a helicopter dropping water on the fire line north of La Ronge, Saskatchewan. Wind also blew the smoke from the fires to La Loche, according to province officials. The fire north of La Ronge is more than 600 square miles (1,000 square kilometers).
