Wragg Fire Flares Up Near Vacaville

The Wragg Fire jumped its containment line and reignited near Vacaville, California, on July 28. The 400-acre flare-up prompted new evacuation orders, according to local media. The fire stood at 6,991 acres burned and was 80 percent contained as of 8:15 pm, according to the incident report.
