'The View' Is Making a Major Change Ahead of the Season 28 Premiere
The View season 28 is premiering so soon, and it looks like we're getting more than just a brand-new set of episodes!
The hit ABC morning talk show will be back on the air starting on September 3, with Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, Sara Haines, Alyssa Farah Griffin and Ana Navarro sitting at the iconic hosts' table. Well, things will look a little different than before, as the series went on to share they will be making multiple changes ahead of the new season.
After 10 years of The View filming on the Upper West Side of New York City, it looks like the show's studio is making a big move! According to the show's Instagram in early August, The View will be moving to a brand-new state-of-the-art studio in downtown Manhattan for season 28. What's more, the show documented the final taping on August 28 ahead of their major change for the season.
"A behind-the-scenes look as we closed out season 27 in our studio for the last 10 years! ✨," read the caption for a series of photos on Instagram. "See you in soon from our new studio to kick off season 28 on Tuesday, Sept. 3!"
When fans saw how The View will look different come the fall 2024 TV season, they made sure to voice their opinions on the subject.
"Loved coming to see you all in this studio, can’t wait to see the brand new one," one person wrote in the comments. "Miss you ladies, can’t wait to see you on the 3rd in your new studio 🥰," another declared. "I’m excited for a new season! I’ve missed it!" a different follower added.
Well, we certainly can't wait to see what The View has in store for TV-goers come September. And given how the show recently celebrated 27 years of being a staple on the air, we're thrilled to see Whoopi, Joy, Sunny, Sara, Alyssa and Ana back on our screens very soon!
