Although the Taycan electric sedan represents Porsche's future, the company is still refining the internal-combustion Panamera to get it through one more product cycle. But even the Panamera is electrified, with the hybrid versions serving as the flagships once again.
The 2024 Porsche Panamera isn't wildly different but brings an array of useful refinements.
The V-6 model now offers an estimated 353 horses, up some 25 horsepower from last year.
The Panamera's new suspension dispenses with a "comfort" setting because Normal is now comfortable enough.
New seats offer better support for long drives.
Horsepower isn't set for the V-8 Turbo E-Hybrid, but we expect about 680 horsepower.
The V-6 car can hit a claimed 181 mph.
New LED matrix headlights dazzle.
Range for the plug-in hybrid jumps from 39 to around 53 miles on the European test cycle.
The Panamera is available with Porsche's new Active Ride suspension, which uses air springs and two-valve dampers.
With an 11-kW onboard charger, the Panamera can charge in as little as two or three hours.
