The Vision Neue Klasse X concept is one of just many future concept vehicles to preview the next generation of BMW's electric lineup. This one is sure to be the next-generation BMW iX3.

The Neue Klasse X puts a fresh take on the classic BMW kidney grille style.

The illuminated kidney grille and headlights animate on approach.

The Neue Klasse X is slightly larger than the current X3, but will likely enter production as an all-electric iX3 sometime in 2025.

Though just a concept, the Neue Klasse X has 22-inch wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S rubber with a staggered setup of 275/35 fronts and 295/35 in the rear.

Designed to let as much natural light in as possible, the concept has a greenhouse with incredible visibility.

The infotainment touchscreen replaces the iDrive controller typically situated at the center console.

The Neue Klasse X's dashboard can illuminate.

According to BMW, the new exterior design reduces drag by roughly 20 percent compared to its current SUVs.

While the EPA hasn't certified results for the upcoming iX3 yet, the information BMW hinted at leads us to believe the production version of the Neue Klasse X could have up to 240 miles of highway driving range.
