ITV's latest gameshow Bigheads is just one episode away from finishing its first season – but that doesn't mean that viewers have made their minds up about the new show just yet.

Hosted by Jason Manford, contestants don huge mock ups of some well known figures' heads – think Donald Trump, Mo Farrah, the Royal Family, etc. – and take on some physical challenges. Basically, if you've ever wanted to see a giant caricature of Simon Cowell or Theresa May bounce on a trampoline, this is the show for you.

It's fair to say it's a whacky format, but viewers at home remain divided over Bigheads even this late in the series.

Tonight's episode saw Benedict Cumberbatch go head to head with Sir Winston Churchill (yes really) and more to win the prize, and while it was ultimately Sir Winston who triumphed, more viewers were left puzzling over the series' format than celebrating the contestant's win.

Some viewers are all about the simple comedy of watching a huge version of Donald Trump fall over:

Other viewers weren't so taken by the show:

Even Jason Manford admitted that the show is bonkers. "It's the daftest show I've ever been involved in and I've done a lot of daft shows," he joked.

"It's the show where people in massive celebrity heads get hit in the face and fall over. If you don't like that you need to have a long hard look at yourself."

And it looks like there are plenty of viewers who seem to agree with Manford's early review of the series too, choosing to embrace the daft guilty pleasure wholeheartedly:

The final episode of Bigheads will air on ITV at 7pm on Sunday, May 28.
