Village Halloween Parade Returns to Haunt New York Streets

New York’s Village Halloween Parade brought the usual mix of ghouls and goblins when it returned to Manhattan on October 31 after last year’s event was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The parade kicked off on Canal Street before moving up Sixth Avenue to 15th Street, organizers said.
