Norman's was opened a year ago by Amelia and Oliver. Oliver previously worked at the Shibden Mill Inn, Halifax.
Norman's was recently included in the Michelin Guide where it was described as an "endearing neighbourhood bistro" with a polite and helpful team. The Guide said the restaurant's 'eggy bread' and bacon jam "shows off the chefs' playful side."
After being included in the Guide, the restaurant said: "We are absolutely over the moon to have been included in the Michelin Guide within our first year of being open - it is a huge testament to the hard work and dedication to the whole team. I have spent the whole day doing back flips and grinning like a mad man - couldn't be prouder of the whole team."
