Virgin Media customers claim 'all TV channels down' as they report issue
Virgin Media customers have taken to social media to say that 'all TV channels' are down.
Thousands of people have reported outages with the TV service according to website Downdetector. The problem seems to have started at around 9.30pm with many people posting on X to vent their frustration over what appears to be a widespread issue.
People from all over the North West have been reporting the issue which appears to also be affecting other parts of the country too. Virgin Media is yet to post any information about the apparent outage on social media - despite many customers demanding answers.

Many customers say they received a V53 error code. Among the areas that appear to be affected are Manchester, Stockport, and Bury.

At around 10pm some customers said service had been restored. However, others say they have tried rebooting 'but still no joy'.
Virgin Media have not commented.
