Virginia 11-Year-Old With Rare Form Of Dwarfism Wants to 'Dance Into Hearts'

A dance-obsessed 11-year-old from Midlothian, Virginia, with a rare form of dwarfism has turned to social media with a mission of “dancing into hearts one song at a time”.

Jacob Walker lives with Opsismodysplasia, which is a “rare skeletal dysplasia characterized by congenital short stature and characteristic craniofacial abnormalities,” according to. the US Department of Health and Human Services.

He stands at 30 inches tall according to his father, Rodney, who told Storyful that his son was “not expected to live beyond four years” and was also “not expected to be able to walk”.

The Walkers run TikTok and Facebook accounts under the name Lil Jacob Walker, regularly posting footage of his dancing ability.

His Facebook account had over 43,000 followers at the time of writing, while he has racked up over 89,000 likes on TikTok.
