'I visited Lakeside Shopping Centre’s Christmas Supermarket - here are the best deals'

Christmas has arrived at Lakeside Shopping Centre, with twinkling lights and oversized ornaments decking out the mall. Right on the ground floor, there’s a Christmas supermarket that’s impossible to miss.

The shopfront is packed with massive Christmas decorations, drawing shoppers in by the dozens. During my visit, it was rare to see anyone leave empty-handed.

This Christmas supermarket has budget-friendly deals to transform any home into a festive wonderland. You can find adorable tree ornaments for as little as £1, or splurge on musical, animated decorations to bring extra holiday cheer.

For family fun, the shop offers a great selection of Christmas-themed board games starting from just £4. And for those festive office parties, there’s a variety of quirky accessories like headbands and reindeer glasses, all at just £2.

If you love candles but find Yankee Candles pricey, they have Lilly Lane candles for just £8. My favourite scent was Champagne and Strawberries – they have such unique scents!

For wrapping gifts, there are endless options in paper and bows, plus large Christmas bags for only £2 if you’d rather skip the wrapping. There’s truly something for everyone!

Despite being a bit expensive, my favourite decoration was the illuminated ice foxes. For £25, they are perfect for lighting up your front garden.

The store’s décor is just as festive, with giant nutcrackers and Santas in every Christmas colour lining the top shelves. It’s truly a paradise for Christmas lovers!
