Mo Adeniran faced one of the biggest nights of his life as tonight's final of The Voice UK (April 2) got under way.
But it didn't show, as Mo pulled out an incredible performance of Paolo Nutini's 'Iron Sky', which left the audience on their feet and the judges gushing over how fantastic the contestant is.
"If that sound is not a representation of what The Voice is about, I don't know what is," mentor Jennifer Hudson said.
"Your sound is your own. It's timeless; it's something that doesn't come around every day. It's what I've been looking for since I've been here.
"Thank you for telling your story and putting your heart on the stage."
The other judges echoed J-Hud's heartfelt praises, with will.i.am going back on his earlier backing of Jamie Miller to win and telling Mo: "If you don't win, I'm going to be even more upset."
Gavin rounded off the comments, saying: "First off, thank you for singing like that. Second off, I want to say that you have the voice of a generation.
"Third off, I want to say that you sing so good you make me feel vulnerable."
Mo himself was very casual about all the gushing praise, of course.
"I've had a great time on the show," he told host Emma Willis. "I feel like I've done my best.
"Regardless of what happens tonight, I want to thank everyone for their support."
The Voice UK airs on ITV.
