The Walbridge Fire, part of the LNU Lightning Complex group of fires, had reached just over 54,000 acres and was at 5 percent containment as of August 24, Cal Fire said.

Sonoma County Supervisor James Gore told The Press Democrat that at least 15 homes had been burned by the fire.
