Yahoo News Walking Dead's Andrew Lincoln returns to TV in Netflix anthology series
The Walking Dead's Andrew Lincoln will come back to TV following his exit from the hit zombie show in 2018.
The English actor, also known for *that* card scene in Love Actually, is set to star in Guillermo del Toro's upcoming Netflix anthology horror series.
Titled Guillermo del Toro's Cabinet of Curiosities, the series tells eight sinister tales, challenging the audience's notion of horror. The episodes range from H.P. Lovecraft's adaptations to original work, including two stories by del Toro.

The Oscar-winning director will bring these creepy tales to life with a talented bunch of actors, writers and directors.
Alongside Lincoln, the star-studded cast includes The Grand Budapest Hotel actor F. Murray Abraham and Watchmen's Tim Blake Nelson. Essie Davis, Luke Roberts, Glynn Turman, Ben Barnes, Elpidia Carrillo, Hannah Galway, Crispin Glover, Demetrius Grosse, David Hewlett, Sebastian Roché, and Peter Weller have also joined the cast.
The roster of directors features interesting names in the horror landscape, as Deadline reports.

Jennifer Kent, the Australian filmmaker behind The Babadook, and Ana Lily Amirpour, who crafted Iranian vampire horror A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night, are set to helm an episode each. So is Panos Cosmatos, best known for directing Nicolas Cage and Andrea Riseborough in the trippy, gory descent to hell that was Mandy.
Additional episode directors include Twilight's Catherine Hardwicke, Hannibal's Vincenzo Natali as well as Guillermo Navarro, David Prior and Keith Thomas, and writers include Haley Z. Boston, Regina Corrado, David S. Goyer, Lee Patterson, Aaron Stewart-Ahn and Mika Watkins.
Guillermo del Toro's Cabinet of Curiosities will debut next year.
