Walthamstow: Murder probe launched after teenager, 17, stabbed to death in north east London

A murder probe has been launched after a teenage boy was stabbed to death in north east London.

The victim, 17, was found suffering knife wounds after police were called to Westbury Road, Walthamstow, at about 9.20pm on Friday.

He was pronounced at the scene just before 10pm. Police are still trying to trace his next of kin.

In footage posted to Twitter, officers were joined by a sniffer dog as they combed the crime scene for evidence.

There have been no arrests.
