What if all of the days in Groundhog Day happened at the same time?

Well, they technically do, though one YouTuber set out to discover what the same day at the same time looks like - and it only makes us appreciate the movie even more.

In case you haven't seen the 1993 classic (and what are you doing with your life?), it follows Bill Murray's character Phil Connors as he is forced to re-live the same day over and over again.

Naturally, as most of the concepts of the day are the same - from the man greeting Phil on the stairs at the bed & breakfast to him stepping in a freezing puddle - you'd be curious to see how the days sync up if played at the same time.

YouTube user Neil Fennell's video does just that, and really delves into how intricate the movie is.

Explaining the video, Fennell wrote: "I wanted to see what it would be like if the events of the movie 'Groundhog Day' all took place simultaneously.

"The film shows 37 separate days from Phil's thousands of Groundhog Days in Punxsutawney. Every frame of the movie is used from days 1-37, with the exception of a few crossfades."

Actual Groundhog Day is today, by the way - so if your life is stuck in a rut, you can blame that.
